Promotion and Competition Rules
The following rules apply to all promotions, competitions, and offers offered by Canbet Poker. In addition to these rules, it is the player's responsibility to ensure that he/she familiarizes him/herself with the specific rules, terms and conditions applicable to any promotion in which he/she decides to, or is invited to, participate.

The General Terms & Conditions, General Rules and Rules of Play apply to all interactions with the Poker and must be read in conjunction with all relevant promotional and competition rules.
200% deposit bonus of up to $200
1 This Promotion (the "Promotion") is exclusively open to first-time Players at the Poker Room ("Player/s") who open their first Canbet Poker Account during the Promotion.
2 The Sign-Up-Bonus is only available once per Player.
3 The maximum total Sign-Up Bonus in terms of this Promotion is $200.
4 The sign-up bonus will be allocated once a player accumulates 15 Poker Points per Dollar they have deposited (e.g. player purchases $50. The eligible bonus is $100 – the player needs to accumulate 750 Poker Points before the opening offer bonus will be allocated to the account).
5 You have 90 (ninety) days from the date on which you make your first purchase to earn the full Sign-up Bonus. Should you not have completed the requirements to earn your full Sign-up Bonus by the end of the 90 (ninety) day period, you will not be eligible for the sign-up bonus, or any portion thereof.
6 In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Poker Room management will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
7 Poker Room management reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion at any time.
8 The standard terms and conditions of the Poker Room apply to this Promotion.
Non-Monetary Prizes
1 In the event that a player is awarded a non-monetary prize, the prize shall be delivered personally or by certified mail to the player;
2 In the event that the Poker Room has no other alternatively, the Poker Room shall make the prize available to the player for collection at an address in the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake.
3 In the event that a prize is not capable of being delivered is not collected within three (3) months after notification of the place at which it may be collected, the Poker Room may:
3.1 dispose of the prize by public auction;
3.2 pay for the disposal from the proceeds of sale;
3.3 shall pay the remainder of the proceeds into the relevant player’s account;
3.4 and if there is no current player’s account, remit he remainder of the proceeds to the former player; or
3.5 if there is no current player’s account and the Poker Room is unaware of the whereabouts of the player, forfeit the remainder of the proceeds to the Kahanwake Gaming Commission.
